General Maintenance & Housekeeping Worker for the Lee House Apartments in Port Henry.
- Flexible Hours
- 10-20 hours per week–sometime more
- Pay in the $20’s per hour based on experience
- Ideal for retiree
Must have:
- Basic plumbing and carpentry skills. Electrical skills a plus
- Schedule flexibility
- Ability to lift 60 pounds, climb stairs and work in tight spaces
- Ability to get to and from work reliably
- Good work habits including attention to detail, basic record keeping, promptness, initiative
- Excellent communication skills. Must have a phone and know how to text.
- Ability to successfully interact with a variety of personalities.
