Due to a high volume of applications and limited funding, we have reached full capacity for our current cycle. While we still welcome applications for down payment and closing cost assistance through a deferred-payment loan, please be aware that all new submissions will be placed on a waitlist. We will only contact you if additional funds become available. Please keep in mind that to qualify for financial homebuyer assistance, applicants must also be able to secure a mortgage pre-approval from a bank.
