Residential Rehabilitation Project – Single family home around 1,010 square feet, on 0.2 acres, built in 1945. Areas of the existing foundation walls are dilapidated and will need repairs. Many windows throughout the home have lead, and siding needs replacement.
The scope addresses all identified health, safety, and code compliance issues, including: Foundation repairs, upgraded vinyl siding, fascia/soffit repairs, window replacement and lead removal. Upon completion, the home will meet or exceed all applicable NYS and local Building Code, program guidelines, and applicable lead-safe work practices.
