Adirondack Roots is seeking bids for a NYS Mobile and Manufactured Housing Replacement project in Moriah, N.Y. We are demolishing a dilapidated manufactured home and replacing it with a new manufactured home on the same footprint, with project completion by September 15, 2026. The work includes site evaluation, preparation, installation of a HUD-standard unit bearing the HUD seal, 14’ x 70’ ADA-compliant 3-bed, 2-bath manufactured home with 36” doorways/hallways, a front ramp and all related services such as foundation work, utility connections, and obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy. Contractors must comply with NY State and Local codes.
